Fruit extract Oil​

This sérum Royal was initially custom made for her. She has been using branded serum from India for last couple of years but felt having a fresher product will be more beneficial.
I researched for days to create a recipe that would be beneficial for all skin types :
Serum has the following active ingredients
1) 24k gold leaf( the best one)
2) Rose petals
3) Saffron
A few light oils:
1) Rose oil
2) Orange oil
3) Hemp seed oil
4) Almond oil
5) Fractionated coconut oil
6) Pumpkin seed oil
7) Vitamin E oil
8) Jojoba oil
9) Castor oil
10) Wild turmeric extract.
